Nike Is Reintroducing the Air Max 1 Crepe "Hemp"
The Nike Air Max line will celebrate a couple of anniversaries in 2022, including the 25th anniversary of the Air Max 97 and the 35th anniversary of the Air Max 1. Along with the return of the "Silver Bullet" 97s, Nike will mark the 10th anniversary of the Air Max 1 with the return of the Air Max 1 Crepe "Hemp" from 2004.
Because of the unique materials used in its construction and the clean colour scheme, the Nike Air Max 1 Crepe "Hemp" is a fan favourite. The upper's base is made of natural hemp burlap fabric, which is then complemented by tan leather overlays and a brown suede mudguard. The aqua blue Swoosh adds some contrast to the natural tones. A white midsole sits beneath the foot, with a gum-colored crepe rubber outsole.
